Nurturing an inclusive performing arts community

MATES Theatre Genesis Inc is a non-profit community theatre group that has been part of the cultural landscape of Redlands City for 30+ years.   The group produce  comedy, drama, small stage and cabaret style musicals.

Through our Youth Theatre shows, Seniors Perform radio shows and the 3-4 annual productions MATES aims to provide avenues for people of all ages to simply 'have a go' at any, or all disciplines of theatre.  Whether that is acting, singing, dancing, directing, producing, stage crafting (technical, set building) and back stage.

Affectionately known as "MATES", we are volunteers brought together by a love of theatre and desire to nurture an inclusive performing arts community.
